NTT Group participated in Locked Shields 2024, an international cyber defense exercise organized by NATO CCDCOE

TOKYO - July 23, 2024 - The NTT Group is pleased to announce its participation in Locked Shields 2024, an international cyber defense exercise organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) held from April 23 to 26.

This is the third participation following the last year for NTT DOCOMO, NTT Communications, NTT DATA, and NTT Security Japan. NTT holding company participated for the first time this year. Approximately 40 countries participated to address simulated cyberattacks against a fictional nation.
 Team Japan joined the exercise to deepen coordination with like-minded nations and entities and collaboratively enhanced our cyber incident response capabilities by teaming up with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK), Japanese government agencies and private companies, the UK Ministry of Defence, and others.
