Training on the EU's Entry Exist System and fundamental rights
Between 18 and 20 June, FRA contributed to training on the Entry Exist System (EES). The system will register biometric data of non-EU nationals travelling to the EU as of October 2024.
Frontex hosted the workshop. EU Member States and eu-LISA attended the workshop. The aim was to update and exchange views about the state of play of the implementation of the EES.
FRA supported the training by providing a training module on EES and fundamental rights.
