Designed to capture the spirit of the season, our buffet will be brimming with glistening Glazed Honey Char Siew Style Ham with Pineapple, Slow Roast Angus Beef Striploin with Moroccan Spice (Roast Beef Prime Rib on Christmas Eve and Day) and Roasted Lamb Leg with Black Garlic and Rosemary. Our yuletide twist's to offer something spicy this festive season, you simply can't miss this one - Tandoori Oven-Baked Indian Murgh Malai Turkey Kebab with Mint Chutney. Sweeten up your Christmas celebration with our White Chocolate Yule Log Cake with Raspberry Gelee and Pistachio Cream, which looks as good as it tastes!

On top of our festive highlights, seafood lovers can indulge in unlimited servings of our tantalizing Creamy Salted Egg Crab, Kam Heong Crab, Scallion White Pepper Crab and not forgetting our Singapore Chilli Crab!
