ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The City of Ludington will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20 at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizens' views on:

319 N Ferry Street - Request for a 2.5 foot variance to the setback requirement on the south property line and a 2.74 foot variance on the north side on the construction of a new home.

You may express your views on this matter in person at the public hearing or written comments will be accepted by the Planning Department until 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2024. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at (231) 843-2956.
