New Route to October Artwalk Planned

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX-Motorists entering Corpus Christi from the Harbor Bridge will take a slightly different route to the October Artwalk at 5:00 p.m. this Friday.

The Corpus Christi Police Department (CCPD) will help divert motorists entering Corpus Christi over the Harbor Bridge (US 181) via the Twigg Street exit to Water Street or Upper Broadway at the Taylor Street and Mesquite Street intersection.

The event will also cause temporary road closures on Chaparral Street, Starr Street, Peoples Street, and Lomax Street.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the special event, and follow posted signs.
