Border Bank Announces Bank-Wide School Supply Drive

Border Bank is excited to announce a bank-wide school supply drive aimed at supporting students and families in need. From July 22 to August 16, all eleven of our branches and our two Northern Ag Insurance locations will serve as drop-off points for a variety of essential school supplies.

In an effort to ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed, Border Bank is calling on community members to donate items such as notebooks, pencils, backpacks, and other classroom necessities. Border Bank will also be contributing to the cause. All donations will be distributed to local schools and educational organizations just in time for the new academic year.

"Education is a significant cornerstone in the communities we serve and call home; and we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn and grow without the burden of lacking essential supplies. We are proud to mobilize our resources and rally our communities to support this important cause," said Kory Shae, CEO of Border Bank.

The school supply drive is part of Border Bank's ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement. By leveraging its network of eleven branches and two ag insurance offices, the bank aims to make a substantial impact on local education and the well-being of children in the communities we serve.

Border Bank has been a trusted financial institution for over 88 years and has two branches in Fargo, North Dakota, and nine branches in Minnesota, including Coon Rapids, Greenbush, Thief River Falls, Middle River, Badger, Roseau, Baudette, International Falls and Clearbrook. In addition, Border Bank owns Northern Ag, an insurance agency providing crop insurance, commodity marketing advisory and brokerage services. Northern Ag has offices in Roseau and Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Community members who wish to donate to the school supply drive may drop off items at any of the branches or Northern Ag offices.
