Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Lemy Hernandez, age 44, of 390 Wellington Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance Under 10 Grams (Fentanyl) 2.) Counterfeiting of Registration Plates , 3.) Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 4.) Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 5.) Giving a False Documentation to a Police Officer, and 6.) Obstructing a Police Officer. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ashburton Street, in the City of Providence. Hernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.

At 4:17 AM, Troopers arrested Sadaryl A. Parham, age 29, of 249 Grove Street, Apartment 1L, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer; 2.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense; and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and/or Battery, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation violator.
