Scituate Barracks

At 1:54 AM, Troopers arrested Jaisssen M. Jackson, age 41, of 194 Webster Avenue Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
