Rouses Point female arrested for criminal trespass 2nd

On October 3, 2024, State Police members arrested Kathleen M. Wrye, age 26, of Rouse Point, NY, for criminal trespass 2nd.

On October 3, 2024, at approximately 2:36 p.m., Troopers responded to Route 9B in the town of Champlain for a trespass complaint. An investigation determined Wrye entered a residence that she had been told she was no longer allowed to enter.

Wyre was arrested and transported to SP Champlain for processing. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Rouses Point Court for a later date.
