Student Arrested After Threats Posted on Social Media

A 16-year-old female student at Maplewood High School is charged with making a threat of mass violence on school property after she allegedly posted threats to "bomb" and "shoot up" the school on an Instagram page.

Threats against schools, special events and businesses are taken very seriously by the MNPD. Those responsible, once identified, will be prosecuted.
