Updated Transform 285/400 Traffic Impact Report

WHAT: Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation construction partners will close lanes on I-285 eastbound and westbound and SR 400 northbound and southbound for activities to include roadway, noise barrier, and bridge construction. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds, and detours in some areas.

*NOTES:Work schedule updates can be made daily. Check the project web page often for the latest updates. Detour information is shown using red text.
Closures marked with **/++ are in conflict - only one of these closures will be implemented.

Daytime Closures:

Thursday, June 27, to Friday, June 28, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Shoulder closure on SR 400 northbound from Abernathy Road to North Springs MARTA Station

Saturday, June 29, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • One left lane on Glenridge Drive northbound to I-285 westbound on-ramp

Wednesday, June 26, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Two right lanes on I-285 eastbound from Long Island Drive to Glenridge Drive
  • Two right lanes on I-285 westbound from Chamblee Dunwoody Road to Ashford Dunwoody Road
  • Two left lanes on SR 400 northbound from Northland Drive to Glenridge Connector
  • One left lane on SR 400 northbound at Spalding Drive
  • Two left lanes on SR 400 northbound from Mount Vernon Highway to Spalding Drive
