10 Mile Road, Evergreen Road to Greenfield Road Improvement Project
LOCATION: Ten Mile Road, Evergreen Road to Greenfield Road in Southfield.
PROJECT DETAILS:
The project cost is $5.25 million and is mostly funded with federal money with the RCOC providing match dollars.
The 1.9-mile project includes:
- Remove and replace sections of concrete.
- Remove and replace concrete curbs and gutters.
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant ramps and crosswalks.
- Traffic signal improvements at the Santa Barbara and Pierce intersections.
- Minor drainage improvements.
The work will be done on sections of 10 Mile Road that were not concrete patched in 2019.

TRAFFIC INFORMATION: Ten Mile Road will remain open to two-way traffic during the work. There will be some side street approach closures to Ten Mile Road. Business access maintained.
