Ohio Virtual Academy Students and Families Celebrate Year-End at Cleveland Metro Park Zoo

Nearly a thousand students and parents from the Ohio Virtual Academy (OHVA) gathered at the Cleveland Metro Park Zoo for an in-person meeting. The online public school, which serves students across Ohio, organized this event to explore the zoo, learn about the animals, and celebrate the end of the school year with fun giveaways. For many students, this trip marked the first time they were able to meet their friends and teachers in person. The event also allowed learning coaches, the guiding adults who oversee the students' education, to connect and celebrate the year's hard work.
