The action involves proposed amendments to Chapter 117 (Flood Damage Prevention) of the Code of the Town of Greece due to proposed updates by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for the Lake Ontario shoreline and adjoining areas. The project is located throughout the Town of Greece, New York.
