The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Tallgrass Midstream, LLC (F000468, P0038602):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Tallgrass Midstream, LLC to permanently install two (2) rich burn generator engines no larger than 550 hp (ENG029-ENG030) at the Well Draw - Aurora Compressor Station, located in the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 21, T35N, R69W, approximately eighteen (18) miles south-southeast of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming. The generator engines (ENG029-ENG030) will be used in the event that the existing generator engines (ENG016-ENG017) malfunction, however for the purpose of calculating potential emissions it will be assumed the generator engines (ENG029-ENG030) will operate 8,760 hours per year per engine.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000468 and permit number P0038602 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk's Office, Douglas, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
