NTCA Proposes Limiting Robocall Mitigation Database Filing Fees and Financial Penalties

(October 15) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA suggested limits on the filing fees associated with the Robocall Mitigation Database that would avoid excessive fees on the association's members. The comments also proposed that the commission limit financial penalties associated with a failure to follow robocall mitigation rules to instances of intentional conduct as opposed to minor errors.
