On September 4, 2024, State Police members arrested Kayrn A. Hallam, age 51, Sterling Hurst, age 47, and Patrich A. Leduc, age 25, all from Chazy, NY, for criminal possession of stolen property 5th.

On September 4, 2024, at approximately 2:41 p.m., Troopers responded to Oliver Street in the town of Chazy for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined Hallam, Hurst, and Leduc, were in possession of items that were stolen from a garage.

Hallam, Hurst, and Leduc were arrested and transported to SP Champlain for processing. They were released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Chazy Court for a later date in October.
