PSC to Hold Virtual Customer Meeting for St. Joe Natural Gas Company, Inc.

SJNG provides sale and transportation of natural gas to 3,186 residential and commercial customers in Gulf and Bay Counties. In May, the utility filed an application with the PSC for a rate increase.

The virtual customer meeting will allow customers of SJNG to comment on its rate request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission reviews the utility's request.

Customers wanting to speak at the customer meeting may register in one of three ways:

• using the online registration form, available on the PSC's website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link;
• calling the PSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
• emailing the PSC at [email protected].

Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, August 21, and close on Monday, September 2, at noon.

SJNG's virtual customer meeting is scheduled for the following time:

Wednesday, September 4, 2024
6:00 p.m.
