The SCO Secretariat and the Government of Shaanxi Province organised a roundtable discussion on the sidelines of the fair. Participants discussed efforts by SCO countries to promote advanced agricultural practices. Held at the SCO Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training (Shaanxi Province, China), the event brought together experts, diplomats and representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The participants exchanged opinions, experience and the best practices in the field of agriculture, green and sustainable agricultural development. They noted the importance of introducing new agricultural solutions and promoting the digital transition, as well as joint efforts of SCO member countries for ensuring regional and global food security.
