Investigation into Fatal Crash at 12300 Alief Clodine Road

September 6, 2024- Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 12300 Alief Clodine Road about 8 a.m. today (Sept. 6).

The identity of the deceased female, 64, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Le and Westside Patrol Division officers reported:

The female was driving a gray Nissan Versa and exiting the Westpark Tollway to Alief Clodine Road when, for unknown reasons, her vehicle veered off the exit ramp and struck a light pole. Paramedics transported the female to an area hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.

The investigation is continuing.
