Parkwood Area Lift Station Consolidation Project

The work for the project continues to be on hold waiting for key easement agreements. There is no established timetable for these to be completed. The easements on Parkwood HOA property have been signed and recorded. There are a few other easement agreements in process and the City is working toward a resolution with the property owners. Once these easement agreements are in place, the Contractor will establish their mobilization date to the project site and notification will be issued to property owners near the initial work areas.
