FY25 Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) Changes

Effective 01OCT24, Soldiers with an active Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) contract will have annual payments forfeited if the Soldier fails to submit the required documentation within 365 days of the date of entitlement (DOE).

Soldiers with a DOE of 30DEC23 and earlier have until 30DEC24 to submit required documentation for payment to State Incentives Team email [email protected]or uploaded to the SLRP Sharepoint page link Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) (sharepoint-mil.us). After this date, any payments for which documentation has not been submitted within 365 days of DOE is forfeited.

Units and Soldiers must complete section one (1) and two (2) of Appendix 4 (DD Form 2475) to Annex E (Personnel) to Weekly FRAGORD 25-002. Soldiers must complete a National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) form at the following link https://studentaid.gov/ IOT process SLRP payment requests.
