City sponsoring 'Every Drop Counts' poster contest

The City of Azle's Utility Billing Department is sponsoring a contest to raise awareness about the importance of water conservation. They invite all K-12 students to submit an 8.5 x 11 original artistic creation of ways to positively help conserve water. Let your imagination flow and make a splash with your artwork!

  • Create an original 8.5 x 11 poster promoting water conservation with the theme "Every Drop Counts". Use vibrant colors and easy to read lettering.
  • Submit the required entry form or pick one up at Azle City Hall, 505 W. Main Street. Entries due by November 15, 2024 at Azle City Hall.
  • Original artwork, only - no signatures, copyrighted images, or computer-aided entries.
  • Winners will be chosen from each grade K-12 (school year 2024-2025).

A total of 13 winners will have their artwork featured in the 2025 "Every Drop Counts" calendar and will be recognized by Azle Mayor Alan Brundrett and Azle City Council during a regular City Council meeting.

If you have questions about the contest, call 817-444-2541 or email the Utility Billing Department at [email protected].
