September is National Preparedness Month

Contra Costa Water District is always ready to respond in an emergency. During National Preparedness Month, we're sharing how we plan and prepare for potential emergencies to ensure reliable water service for the community. As part of our efforts to improve our emergency response capabilities, we recently conducted a successful exercise to bypass a simulated pipeline break and restore water service along Marsh Drive near Solano Way in Concord, where our pipeline crosses the Concord Fault.
