Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 9:59 AM, Troopers arrested Lissette Gonzalez, age 32, of 190 Burnside Steet, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License Certain Violations - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Gonzalez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2:12 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Capracotta, age 21, of 1869 Old Louisquisset Pike, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams (Fentanyl). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. Capracotta was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a bail violator, and then transported to the Adult Correction Institution Intake Center.

On Sunday, August 18, 2024, at 12:27 AM, Troopers arrested Linda Ou, age 36, of 31 Shibley Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Ou was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court
