Hope Valley Barracks

At 11:01 p.m., Troopers arrested Jesse E. Boulais, age 37, of 15 Old Cemetery Hopkinton Road, Ashaway Rhode Island 02804 on 1.) a Family Court Bench Warrant for a Non-Criminal Charge Reciprocal Body Attachment and 2.) an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obtaining Vehicles with Intent to Defraud, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
