Healthcare Team Represented MultiCare Health System in Affiliation with Overlake Medical Center and Clinics

Sheppard Mullin's Healthcare team represented MultiCare Health System, one of the largest, community-based, locally governed health systems in the state of Washington, in its affiliation with nonprofit regional healthcare system, Overlake Medical Center and Clinics (Overlake). This affiliation enables Overlake and MultiCare to collaborate, integrate best practices and expand access to care and clinical programs. Overlake, its 349-bed hospital and its network of primary, urgent and specialty clinics joins MultiCare's network of 13 hospitals and more than 300 clinics across the Pacific Northwest. Overlake will bring new services and operate a new North Puget Sound region of MultiCare's statewide network and will be the North Sound region's flagship health system. As part of the affiliation, MultiCare agreed to provide strategic capital commitments to Overlake and the North Puget Sound region.
