Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 2:33 PM, Trooper arrested Jennifer Hedquist, age 36, of 1468 Pound Hill Road, North Smithfield, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the City of North Providence. Hedquist was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 7:36 PM, Troopers arrested Mitchel Rivera, age 45, of 33 Pope Street Apt. #3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault/Battery and 2.) Domestic Violence- Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of multiple E911 calls regarding a rolling domestic and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Locust Street in the City of Woonsocket. Rivera was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released.
