Welcome the Newest Razorbacks! Volunteers Needed for Move-In 2024

Photo Submitted

A family helps their newly arrived Razorback move in outside Pomfret Hall last August. Consider volunteering so you can provide our newest residents with a warm welcome.

University Housing wants your help in welcoming the newest class of Razorbacks to Fayetteville.

Volunteers are especially needed on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 9-10.

The entire campus and Fayetteville community are invited to join. There are opportunities for everyone to contribute.

Sign up today as an individual or group using GivePulse.

The final day to register is Friday, Aug. 2.

Each day will have multiple shifts. Please complete a separate sign-up for each shift.

WHY VOLUNTEER?

Move-In is a fun event that brings faculty, staff, registered student organizations and the community together. We depend on the welcoming attitude and smiling faces of volunteers during Move-In to make the event extra special for incoming residents.

Students and their families rave each year about our fantastic volunteers and the community's welcoming atmosphere.

We look forward to a great beginning for our newest Razorbacks and hope you will join us during the Move-In experience.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION AND PERKS

Volunteers can enjoy a free lunch in one of our campus dining halls.

Volunteers will be placed in areas with the most need. This is based on the number of students arriving in a particular area.

Please contact Felisha Perrodin at [email protected] if you have any questions or need more information.
