On August 17, 2024, State Police of Saratoga arrested Teodoro R. Tolentino, 48, of Saratoga Springs, NY, for Burglary in the second degree, Forcible Touching, Harassment in the second degree, and Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 17, 2024, at about 12:34 a.m. Troopers responded to a home in Saratoga, NY, for the reports of a disturbance. The investigation discovered Tolentino drove to the location uninvited and unwelcomed and entered the home without permission. While inside, he allegedly confronted an individual known to him, harassed and forcibly touched them. Tolentino remained on the scene until Troopers arrived, and during the interview, signs of impairment were observed.

Tolentino was arrested and transported to SP Saratoga for processing, where he recorded a 0.11% BAC. He was arraigned at the Saratoga Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or $250,000 partially secured bond.
