Fall 2024 Commencement Takes Place December 7

The University of Charleston will celebrate its newest Golden Eagle alums at its commencement ceremonies on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wehrle Athletic Arena on UC's campus.

The students participating in the ceremonies will include both undergraduate and graduate students. About 200 students will participate, representing the university's Charleston, Beckley, and online programs and four of its five schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Health Sciences, the School of Business, and the School of Leadership. (UC School of Pharmacy students graduate in the spring).

The Honorable Shelley Moore Capito will be the commencement speaker for the ceremony.

On Friday, December 5, the UC School of Business MBA program will hold a hooding ceremony, and the School of Leadership will hold a hooding and coin ceremony.
