#AdvocacyMatters: Investing in Tomorrow

The need for our advocacy, support, and resources all across Ohio is enormous. Limited by the federal grants that fund much of our work, our team has developed creative solutions to grow and expand supports for one of our most in-demand areas: Education.

In a 3-month period earlier this year, our education advocate was able to assist 67 families with the information and support they needed to better advocate for their students. Our Education Fellow, another position supported by non-traditional funding, routinely assists more than 200 families a year through the IEP process.

We need your help to continue to expand our work in this area to better meet the needs of students and families throughout our state.
