Happy Thanksgiving from Avanos!

Avanos Interim CEO Michael Greiner recently shared this Thanksgiving message with our employees around the world:

As we come into the home stretch of our Transformation, I think about how the changes we're making today are steadily becoming part of our DNA. Over time, the behaviors, the processes and the thinking that all seem "new" today will simply be part of who we are and how we operate as an organization.

I equate this with the time-honored traditions that signal the start of the holiday season for many of us: the recipes passed down through generations, the family activities that create future memories, were, at one point, all new themselves. Over time, these things become the fiber of our lives, shaping who we are and how we interact with one another.

Next week in the US, we'll celebrate Thanksgiving by joining together with family and friends to share a meal and reflect on the many blessings in our lives. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for all you are doing to transform our business and serve our customers and the patients who rely our products. You are making a difference every day!
