Affordable Housing Advisory Committee - two vacancies

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is tasked with reviewing possible new incentive strategies and evaluating the implementation of previously adopted incentive strategies to encourage or facilitate affordable housing while protecting the ability of property to appreciate in value.

Citizen Advisory Committee - one vacancy

The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) advises the St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) on the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Plan and any amendments thereto as well as other issues and policies pertaining to the CRA.

The Nuisance Abatement Board hears and decides cases involving properties in the city allegedly being used for illegal activity. This Board plays an important role in reducing crime and improving the safety and welfare of St. Pete citizens and visitors by encouraging property owners to take responsibility to prevent their properties from becoming the site of ongoing nuisance activities.

Public Arts Commission - one vacancy

The mission of the Public Arts Commission is to expand public experience and exposure to culture through various art forms, enhance the appearance of public facilities, improve the aesthetic environment of the city on behalf of its citizens, and provide for the incorporation of art in the design and construction of public facilities within the city.
