NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 8/16/2024

On June 26, 2024, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern plant height for tagging.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 17, 2024, and are effective on August 16, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 251, October 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO's website no later than 8/16/2024.
