Kansas Grain Dealer No Longer Licensed In Nebraska

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

KANSAS GRAIN DEALER NO LONGER
LICENSED IN NEBRASKA

Lincoln, August 6, 2024- The Nebraska Public Service Commission
(PSC) wants to ensure grain producers are aware that NORAG,
LLC, of Stilwell, Kansas can no longer do business as a Grain
Dealer in Nebraska.

"For more than a year, the PSC grain department has works to
bring this grain dealer into compliance," said Commission Chair
Dan Watermeier. "At this time, the company has chosen not to
renew its license and therefore cannot do business as a grain
dealer in our state."

By choosing not to renew, NORAG, LLC, is no longer a licensed
grain dealer in Nebraska and cannot do business as such.

Commissioner Watermeier said, "We want to make sure producers
are aware of this development as harvest season gets underway."

A list of licensed Grain Dealers in Nebraska can be found on the
Grain Department page of the PSC website
