Speaker Series for Seniors

The Ventura Council for Seniors (VCS), formerly known as the Ventura Council on Aging, was formed in 1975 and is designated by the City Council as the representative organization for all seniors (50+) in Ventura. VCS meets monthly to collaborate with the Parks & Recreation Department on programs and activities that improve the lives of seniors.

The VCS board is comprised of volunteers, ages 50+, who reside in the City, along with a non-voting City liaison from the Parks & Recreation Department.

When: 3rd Tuesday of the month, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. (no meeting in December)
