The Russian President's list of instructions following St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2024 has been published

The Russian head of state approved a list of instructions based on the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2024, which took place on 5-8 June.

"The President's instructions following SPIEF are aimed at the comprehensive development of the economy and society with special attention to the needs of the regions. They are closely intertwined with the goals and objectives of Russia's national projects. This emphasises their importance and focus on addressing the key tasks of the development of the country. The instructions concern support for the institution of the family as the basis for a policy of national conservation, tools for industrial development, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, creation of new jobs, expansion of social support measures and other initiatives,"said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.

Additionally, an important part of the forthcoming work on the implementation of these instructions will include the development of additional measures to stimulate the placement of Russian companies' shares on the domestic financial market and support for creative industries projects in Russia.

The organizer of the Forum, the Roscongress Foundation, is required to ensure the analysis and compilation of the final materials of SPIEF 2024 by 1 October 2024.
