Portion of Van Dorn Street to Temporarily Close December 18

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that eastbound Van Dorn Street between Normal Boulevard and 70th Street will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, for Lincoln Electric System utility work.

The recommended detour is Normal Boulevard to 70th Street.

Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure. LTU appreciates the public's patience during this closure and reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
