On December 16, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Tyrone Wilcox, age 47, of 27 Gillen Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Marijuana; 3) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 4) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; and 5) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Wilcox was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On December 16, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Samone Alves, age 33, with last known address of 453 Dudley Street, Boston, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Harboring Criminal; 2) Aiding, Abetting, Counseling, Hiring, or Commanding Offenses; and 3) Conspiracy. Ms. Alves was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where she was granted $3,000 surety bail.

On December 16, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Christian Frederick, age 41, of 558 Power Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Marijuana; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Adderall; 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; 7) Possession of a Ghost Gun - Assault Rifle; 8) Possession of a Ghost Gun - Assault Rifle; 9) Possession of a Ghost Gun - Semiautomatic Pistol; 10) Possession of a Ghost Gun - Semiautomatic Pistol; 11) Possession of a Ghost Gun x 10 - Assault Rifle Lower Receivers; 12) Possession of a Ghost Gun x 7 - Semiautomatic Pistol Frame; 13) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 14) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 15) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 16) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 17) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 17) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; and 18) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited x 23. Mr. Frederick was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On December 16, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Rocco Tetreault, age 39, of 50 Industrial Circle, Unit #107, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance - Ketamine; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance - Testosterone; 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; 7) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 8) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 9) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; and 10) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation. Mr. Tetreault was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
