Fun and learning are bountiful at Thanksgiving Break Camp

Need a safe place for your child during the Thanksgiving break from school? Your local community center has a solution: Thanksgiving Break Camp.

Event details: Camp will be conducted 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 25-27 for children ages 5-13. Parents have the flexibility to select which days they wish to register their child for.

A variety of recreational, educational and cultural programs are designed to give campers fun and memorable experiences. Parents are encouraged to send a lunch with their child each day.

Preregistration is $15 per day if you sign up prior to camp starting. Once camp begins, the fee increases to $20 per day. Discounts are available for qualified participants.

Registration is required and can be paid by credit card or electronic check.

Find the fun: Thanksgiving Break Camp will be offered at these community centers: Andrew Doc Session, Chisholm Trail, Como, Diamond Hill, Eugene McCray, Fire Station, Greenbriar, Handley Meadowbrook, Highland Hills, ACJCC@Hillside, Martin Luther King, North Tri Ethnic, Northside, R.D. Evans, Riverside, Southside, Southwest, Thomas Place, Victory Forest and Worth Heights.
