TSAHC Receives $10,000 Grant From Lakeview Loan Servicing

TSAHC has been awarded a generous $10,000 grant from Lakeview Loan Servicing in support of Housing Connection, TSAHC's training initiative for housing and financial counselors and nonprofit affordable housing developers. Lakeview has served as master servicer of TSAHC's homeownership programs since 2017.

With this grant, they demonstrate their commitment to sustainable homeownership by specifically supporting the Foreclosure Basics for Homeownership Counselors course being offered at this year's workshop. This course equips new and existing housing counselors with tools and best practices to help homeowners communicate with their loan servicer and avoid foreclosure.
