Rep. Nancy Mace Statement Re State Lawmaker’s FOIA Request Into Sanctuary Sheriff Kristin Graziano

This week, members of the South Carolina State House submitted a FOIA request to investigate Sheriff Kristin Graziano, who has been labeled "uncooperative" by ICE.

"Lowcountry residents deserve to know why criminal illegal aliens are being released back on our streets, and at a bare minimum Sanctuary Sheriff Kristin Graziano should have to explain her policies to Lowcountry residents," says Congresswoman Nancy Mace. "We support any and all lawmakers concerted efforts to get to the bottom of Sanctuary Sheriff Graziano's dangerous policies, putting Lowcountry residents at risk by coddling criminal illegal aliens."
