Pinebrook Development Gets Final Approval

A development that brings additional pedestrian connectivity to the area around North Boundary Park received final approval.

The Ridge at Pinebrook is proposed as a one-phase, 32-single-family home development on 28 acres along Pinebrook Drive focused on pedestrian connectivity. It features a trail network for neighboring communities and will contribute to extending a sidewalk along Pinebrook Drive to North Boundary Park in the future.
