Montana State University presidential search advisory committee members named

On behalf of the Montana Board of Regents the Montana University System will conduct a comprehensive national search to replace Waded Cruzado, who has announced her decision to retire as President of Montana State University at the conclusion of the academic year.

The MUS has retained Greenwood Asher and Associates, a higher education executive search firm, to assist in the recruitment of a new president.

The search advisory committee, chaired by Commissioner Clayton Christian, will conduct a national recruitment to build a pool of qualified candidates. The search advisory committee has been seated and will begin its work soon. Its first meeting and a schedule of campus and community listening sessions will be announced in the coming weeks.
