MSUM Orchestra performs Fall concert on Nov. 24

Sunday, Nov. 24 | 4 p.m. | Hansen Theatre

The Minnesota State University Moorhead Orchestra will present its Fall concert on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 4 p.m. in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts Hansen Theatre. The concert will feature Vivaldi's Autumn, Danse Macabre and Nutcracker dances with Shostakovich's Sinfonia No. 8. All ages are invited to celebrate the change of seasons.

Jon Larson, M.Ed., B.A., conducts the MSUM Orchestra and has guest conducted the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra, the Bethel University Orchestra, and the Fargo-Moorhead Youth Symphony. As a violinist, he is a member of the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra and has served as principal second violin in the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra.
