Today, at the National Medical Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas employee resource group chairs will host a panel to foster a deeper understanding of the role of resource groups at TeamHealth. The conversation will highlight the importance of these groups in enhancing hiring practices, employee engagement, mentorship, career development, and retention. Leaders will also define allyship and emphasize its critical role in supporting both resource groups and the broader organization. Additionally, the panel will explore how resource groups contribute to providing culturally competent care while improving patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
