The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

North Shore Exploration & Production, LLC (F000055, P0038870):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Shore Exploration & Production, LLC to modify Air Quality Permit P0026584 by controlling vapors from the tanks, currently listed as routed to the VRU (TNK001-TNK007, TNK014-TNK016), with the existing low pressure flare (FLR002) at the Anschutz Ranch East Gas Plant, located in the NE¼ of Section 34, T13N, R121W, approximately fourteen (14) miles south-southwest of Evanston, in Uinta County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000055 and permit number P0038870 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Uinta County Library, Evanston, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Uinta County Clerk's Office, Evanston, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
