The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Continental Resources Incorporated (F025864, P0038960):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources Incorporated for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate the Hornbuckle Commercial Oilfield Wastewater Disposal Facility located in the NE¼ of Section 10, T36N, R74W, approximately nineteen (19) miles north-northeast of Glenrock in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F025864 and permit number P0038960 or A0016827. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Friday, November 1, 2024.
