Marcy Kaptur is quietly signaling she will cave to her extreme party bosses demanding she shut down the government to keep illegal migrants voting.

Hakeem Jeffries is "squeezing" his most vulnerable members to shut down the government because a common-sense bill to prevent illegal migrants from voting is attached to it. Now those vulnerable members, like Marcy Kaptur, are signaling they will bend the knee.
